Ladakh LG Kavinder Gupta urges officials to deliver results with urgency, teamwork.

Leh: Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, on Friday chaired an introductory meeting with Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments (HoDs) of the Union Territory and set a clear tone for his administration — accountability, speed, and teamwork.

Addressing the top brass of Ladakh’s bureaucracy, LG Gupta emphasized that he has assumed the role with a deep sense of duty entrusted to him by the Prime Minister and the President of India. He urged officials to work in close coordination and uphold the spirit of collective responsibility in driving Ladakh’s development.
“The people of Ladakh are looking at us with hope. We must deliver measurable outcomes through time-bound and mission-driven governance,” he stated during the meeting.

One of the key directives issued by the LG was the formulation of a 100-day action plan by all departments. Gupta asked Administrative Secretaries and HoDs to prepare a realistic yet ambitious roadmap with specific deliverables that align with the larger developmental goals of the Union Territory.
