Oct 10 (Reuters) – The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on Friday that it had reached a staff-level agreement on the fifth review of Ghana's Extended Credit Facility. Once approved by the IMF's Executive Board, Ghana will gain access to a disbursement of about $385 million, the Fund said in a statement. (Reporting by Alexander Winning Editing by Bate Felix)
