SilverCape Investments plans to launch unsolicited takeover bid for Japan's Digital Holdings

TOKYO, Oct 20 (Reuters) – SilverCape Investments plans to launch an unsolicited tender offer for Japanese digital marketing firm Digital Holdings at 2,380 yen per share, it said in a release on Monday. SilverCape plans to launch the tender offer in late November 2025 and its proposed price exeeds an earlier tender offer launched in September by advertising agency Hakuhodo at 1,970 yen per share. SilverCape set as a condition for launching its offer that the Hakuhodo tender offer must not have been completed. (Reporting by Anton Bridge; Editing byh Kim Coghill)
