YOSUKE ASAJI MAKES A BIRDIE PUTT ON THE 16TH STORY: For the second time in back-to-back tournaments on the Asian Tour, Thailand's Sarit Suwannarut holds the lead at the halfway point. He carded a six-under-par 66 on Friday (October 24) in the International Series Philippines to move four shots clear of local favourite Miguel Tabuena after two rounds. Suwannarut was in a similar position last weekend after leading the Macau Open for three days but collapsed on the final round to end up fourth. Tabuena is on ten-under-par going into the weekend alongside Japan's Kazuki Higa in a field that includes 15 players from LIV golf. Among them is American Patrick Reed who holed seven birdies to move to eight-under for the tournament. Another Flipino hoping to do well in front of his home crowd is Justin Quiban who is on six-under-par alongside Zimbabwe's Scott Vincent, looking for his second win on tour in 2025.
