The grand Republic Day celebrations started at Kartavya Path in New Delhi, where President Droupadi Murmu unfurled the national flag. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also reached the venue to attend the ceremony.
This year’s chief guests are European Council President António Luís Santos da Costa and European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen.
