Based on Julia Quinn’s third book, *An Offer from a Gentleman*, this series centers on Benedict Bridgerton (played by Luke Thompson) as he refuses to settle down despite his mother’s best efforts to nudge him in the direction of love. However, this changes at a lavish masquerade ball, where Benedict meets a beautiful woman wearing a silver gown.
The beautiful woman is actually Sophie Baek (played by Yerin Ha), a resourceful and intelligent young woman who is reduced to being a maid for the demanding Lady Araminta Gun.
