CBSE CTET Admit Card 2026 OUT: As per the CTET official Announcement, CTET 2026 admit cards have been released for all registered candidates. There are hall tickets (Admit Cards) that are important for entry into the exam hall. This is issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), and the admit card contains important details like exam date, time, and venue. Candidates must download it from the official CTET website and carry a printed copy on exam day.

CBSE CTET Admit Card 2026: How To Download  CTET February admit card?

The CTET 2026 admit card has now released. To download it, visit the official CTET website:
Step 1: You have to go to the CTET portal. 
Step 2: After that, you need to click on “Download Admit Card.” 
Step 3: Now, you are required to enter your registration number and date of birth. 
Step 4: Then, submit details, and your admit card will appear. 
Step 5: Finally, you can download and print it for the exam. Keep it safe for entry.

CBSE CTET Exam 2026: Paper 1 Subjects

CTET Paper 1 is for candidates aspiring to teach Classes 1 to 5. The subjects included are:

Child Development and Pedagogy – 30 questions

Language I – 30 questions

Language II – 30 questions

Mathematics – 30 questions

Environmental Studies (EVS) – 30 questions
Each question carries 1 mark, totaling 150 marks.

CBSE CTET Exam 2026 Date

The CTET exam will be held on February 7 and 8, 2026, across 132 cities in pen-and-paper mode.

CBSE CTET Exam 2026 Time

Paper 1 Timings

Exam Time: 9:30 am – 12:00 noon

Reporting Time: 7:30 am

Paper 2 Timings

Exam Time: 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Reporting Time: 12:30 pm

CBSE CTET 2026: Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme

Mode: Pen-and-paper

Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes per paper

Number of Questions: 150 questions per paper

Marking: 1 mark per correct answer; no negative marking

Paper 1: For primary teachers (Classes 1-5)

Paper 2: For upper primary teachers (Classes 6-8)

What to Do If There Is an Error on the Admit Card?

As per the CTET, if you or candidates have noticed any error on their CTET 2026 admit card (e.g., name, date of birth, exam center), follow:

Immediately contact the CTET Helpdesk through email or phone (details available on https://ctet.nic.in)

  • You are required to provide registration details and a clear description of the error
  • You have to request a corrected admit card before the exam date
  • You need to not attempt to modify the admit card yourself, as it may lead to disqualification
