Ramesh Chandra Sen was immediately taken to the Dinajpur Medical College Hospital after falling unwell in the early hours of Saturday in the prison. Ramesh Chandra Sen was pronounced dead around 9:29 am. His body will be handed over to his family once all legal and administrative formalities are over.
