The United Arab Emirates is now caught in the middle of the fight with drones and missiles striking Dubai and Abu Dhabi, leaving the UAE wondering what they will do next in the emerging geopolitical crisis.

It has been reported that the UAE is evaluating its military stance whereby it is deliberating on defensive mechanisms to defend its land against the persistent Iranian assaults. Axios confirmed reports that more than 800 projectiles were fired at the UAE, but the governments confirm that no UAE soil will be used to fire offensive attacks. The minister of international cooperation Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy stressed that the country had a right to defend itself according to the international law and that the state should restrain military action.

A fellow Indian citizen had been hurt and this brought attention to the dangers facing expatriates as violence continued to rise.
