‘No oil, no meat, no dairy diet heals the body’

News‘No oil, no meat, no dairy diet heals the body’
In the beautifully ornate living room of his South Delhi bungalow, Nalin Nirula serves this correspondent a traditional Bengali cuisine and talks about his experiments with the right eating habits. The food is delicious and one stares in disbelief at this middle-aged Karmic healer when he tells you there is not a trace of oil in them. “You are eating food that is making you sick, so the cure is to eat food that will make you well,” Nirula says, giving an insight to his disease reversal programme, the Eating Cure.
According to Nirula, the Eating Cure arrests and reverses non-communicable chronic diseases by stopping food poisons that cause these diseases, replacing them with a restorative plant-foods-based diet. “The no oil, no meat, no milk food helps you to detoxify your body. We also give karmic healing through Reiki, besides some homeopathic medicine. If you follow this diet accurately with up to 95% compliance, you will get a dramatic reversal of your health parameters, and all this is clinically tested,” says Nirula, who is the founder-director of the True North Health Center in New Delhi.
He reads our apprehension with a veg-only menu, which is also devoid of oil and milk, and explains, “According to a US data report, one can have a perfectly healthy life with no meat and no dairy, and eating only plant food.” He adds that our food is the root cause of our ill-health.
“If you look at chronic degenerative diseases, which include cardio-vascular disease and vascular veins, eyes, spine and other organs, you will find the arteries are getting blocked with fat, which is also narrowing their diametre. The fat is creating inflammation in the tissues of the arteries and a separate toxin focus, as a result of which the body starts to eventually attack itself. Arthritis, lumbers, psoriasis, besides nearly 40 auto immune diseases, eye and thyroid diseases are caused by our food,” Nirula says.
He asks his patients to steer clear of meat and dairy products. “Meat has very high fat, which clogs in your arteries, creating all kind of diseases,” Nirula claims, adding it is not the only source of Omega 3. “No animal including a fish produces Omega 3. The fish eats the plant and that gets stored in its liver. When you eat plant food, you can get absolutely enough Omega 3. If you are short of it, you can take one tea spoon of ground linseed and you will have a thousand milligrams of Omega 3,” he claims.
His patients have no words to thank him. “I was obese, my weight was around 83 kg. I would be listless all the time and would not be able to do regular chores. My sugar was on border line and I had a bad cholesterol problem. Within a month after I followed Nirula’s remedy, my sugar was normal. My cholesterol was normal. I was feeling very active, and I lost 11 kg of weight,” said a Mumbai-based home-maker Sunanda Moossaddee. She says her family and relatives too benefited from the programme and have switched to plant-based food.
Nirula warns that more you consume milk, more vulnerable you become to bone ailment. “Dairy items create metabolic acidosis in our blood, which eventually increases the acid state. The desirable state for the body balance is alkaline. To balance this, the body needs to buffer it. As a chemical buffer, the thing that is most easily available in the body is calcium. So, the countries which consume more dairy has the maximum bone fractures and osteoporosis,” Nirula says.
He claims that milk is not good except for babies. Beyond the age of 2.5 years, the human body no longer has enzymes to digest milk sugar or lactose. “This gets fomented and digested by bacteria, which causes bloating. It also causes gas and there is bacterial growth in the gut. The whole process pulls water from the tissues and the intestine, and in many cases diarrhea is a direct consequence of this,” he adds. According to him, this is the reason why in most southeast Asian countries, especially in China, Vietnam, Japan and Korea, milk products are not consumed by adults.
According to Nirula, the Eating Cure arrests and reverses non-communicable chronic diseases by stopping food poisons that cause these diseases, replacing them with a restorative plant-foods-based diet.
A New Delhi-based lawyer, R.K. Aggarwal cannot agree more. “I’m a patient of neuro cerebral ataxia. Nirula is giving me healing and medicine. I have improved magically. Earlier I was bed-ridden, and needed to be attended to 24 hours. Now I can easily walk around in my own house. There is visible progress by the day, and I am able to do the daily chores myself,” Aggarwal tells The Sunday Guardian.
Talking about his Eating Cure programme, Nirula claims that he is reversing all neurological diseases which are considered incurable, including ataxia, dementia, Alzheimer’s, heart diseases and hypertension. His centre teaches people how to cook with water. “We basically heat the spices dry and then we add tomato puree, or chopped tomato or just water. And it seasons and pops just like oil. When you are on this diet, your arteries begin to clean up. Nitrates and nitrites of vegetables, especially dark leafy greens, spinach, Kashmiri saag also help one detoxify. It starts to release nitric oxide in your system that is required to blast away the fat cells that sat in our body,” he says. Across the board, at all stages patients have been cured by altering their food protocol.
“It’s a miracle,” Moossaddee adds. “My daughter Aparna, who lives in Zurich, was not able to conceive. She had polycystic ovarian disease. Nirula convinced her to honestly follow his diet for three months. With his eating regime, the cyst coming to my daughter’s ovary was reversed. She is now six-month pregnant.”
