There was this case of two brothers who inherited a clutch of fairly well known industries/companies from their father. Problems arose when the elder of the two brothers did remarkably well. Incensed and jealous, the younger brother who couldn’t handle his inheritance too well resorted to hiring a black magic practitioner to steal his brother’s luck and fortune. Unfortunately, the black magic practitioner obviously went wrong somewhere because instead of stealing the elder brother’s luck he succeeded in snatching away years from his life. This resulted in disturbing and infuriating the soul of the brother’s father, adding yet another supernatural dimension to the case. It was when the father’s spirit returned to confront his younger son that I was apprised of the details.
Several intriguing cases have come to me in which the lines of the palm were successfully interchanged with the lines from the palm of a successful person. In one instance, this was done by leaving a “mantrit” pair of cloves at the victim’s house on specific days over a period of 3 months. In another case, a “mantrit” banana was secretly buried in a rare potted plant presented to the victim who loved gardening.
The victim innocently kept watering it regularly, little realising that he was watering away his own good fortune and it was being transferred to the person who had presented him with the potted plant. By the time the person whose “bhagya rekha” has been stolen realises what has happened, generally after his enterprises have taken a nose dive and a guruji, tantric or some other person who is consulted provides the information, it becomes very difficult to get back the bhagya. But it can be done through counter black magic, white magic and “satvik” means.
The important thing to remember is that stolen kismet or bhagya does not give “phal” forever and always, there is a heavy price to pay for it later in the form of suffering and loss of mental peace. Like ill-gotten wealth, the repercussions on the overall life of a person who steals someone else’s kismet are very severe. I had a case before me where a greedy younger brother took away the bhagya of his elder brother. But the spirit of their dead mother appeared before her elder son and told him about the treachery of her younger son. The elder son consulted a “shamshan” baba he knew and was shocked to find that his bhagya line had actually disappeared. A battle ensued to get back his bhagya from his younger brother and for this, we used white magic to neutralise the black magic.
How can one prevent one’s kismet or “bhagya rekha” or other natural attributes from being stolen ? There are some very simple do’s and don’ts. Don’t show your hand to each and everyone or boast about your lines. If you are consulting a palmist, do it alone and don’t let anyone be present — jealousies can arise unknown to you. Similarly, don’t show your “patri” or horoscope to people you don’t trust fully. Don’t talk too much about your good fortune or success and don’t flaunt your success or wealth unnecessarily.

If you suspect you could be a target, do protect yourself through regular chanting of “kavachs” or other means suggested by a knowledgeable person. If your bhagya does get stolen, recover it through white magic and “satvic” means. This will take a little longer than recovering it through counter black magic, but you won’t have to face the consequences of using black magic.
In the matter of years being stolen from one’s life, it is usually done to add a few years to someone else’s life. This is quite distinct from intending to cause someone’s death, but sometimes it can result in death inadvertently. Seema is a firm believer in astrology and when she was told that Vivek, her husband, had a short life — he wouldn’t reach the age of fifty — she set about finding a remedy. Somebody recommended a priest who told her that yes, her husband’s life could be extended through a yagna but it would cost a huge amount of money.
