The IPO opened for subscription from August 12 to August 14 and was offered in a price band of Rs 271 to Rs 285 per share. The issue was subscribed 80.99 times overall.
Shares are expected to be credited to successful applicants demat accounts on August 18, while the company’s shares are scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE on August 19.
