Bitcoin Price USD Today: Bitcoin (BTC) extended its recovery on Wednesday, July 15, as the world’s largest cryptocurrency moved closer to the $64,700 level after gaining around 3% in the last 24 hours. The latest Bitcoin rally came as investors reacted positively to softer US inflation data, which reduced concerns over aggressive monetary policy tightening and weakened the US dollar.

Bitcoin Price USD Today (July 15): BTC/USD Trades Near $64,700

Bitcoin was trading around $64,700–$64,800 on July 15, showing renewed buying interest after a period of consolidation near the $62,000 zone. Market data showed BTC holding strong momentum, with prices briefly touching levels above $64,700 as traders responded to improving macroeconomic sentiment.

The cryptocurrency market has remained closely linked to global economic signals, particularly US inflation trends, Federal Reserve rate expectations and movements in the dollar index. A weaker dollar often supports risk assets, including cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Market Cap And Trading Volume Update

Bitcoin continued to maintain its position as the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalisation. Data from crypto market trackers showed BTC’s market cap around the $1.29 trillion–$1.30 trillion range, while 24-hour trading volume remained above $30 billionBitcoin’s circulating supply stood near 20 million BTC, with the maximum supply capped at 21 million coins. The limited supply structure remains one of the key factors influencing long-term investor interest in the digital asset.

Why Is Bitcoin Price Rising Today?

The latest Bitcoin price rise was mainly driven by improving investor sentiment after softer US inflation data eased concerns about a possible rise in interest rates. According to market analysts, the inflation outlook helped reduce pressure on risk assets and supported demand for cryptocurrencies.  Earlier this week, Bitcoin had traded near the $62,000 level as investors remained cautious amid geopolitical uncertainty and inflation concerns. The recovery toward $64,700 signals renewed buying activity among traders.

Bitcoin ETF Flows And Institutional Demand In Focus

Bitcoin’s recent movement has also been influenced by institutional activity, including spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) flows. Despite periods of ETF outflows, Bitcoin has shown resilience, indicating continued interest from investors.

Market participants are watching whether institutional demand can continue supporting BTC prices as traders assess broader economic conditions and future Federal Reserve policy signals.

Bitcoin Price Prediction: Key Levels To Watch

Analysts are closely monitoring the $65,000 resistance level as Bitcoin attempts to extend its recovery. A sustained move above this zone could strengthen bullish sentiment, while a failure to break higher may lead to renewed consolidation.

On the downside, traders are watching support levels around the $62,000 region, which has acted as an important zone during recent price movements.
