Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited has been promoted by the Ludhiana based Nahar Group having other blue chip companies in its stable , such as Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd , Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd , Oswal Woollen Mills , etc . It was established in 1983 as a traditional textile enterprise and is now a heavily diversified conglomerate with significant interests in sugar, power generation, textiles and real estate. The textile division currently contributes about 85% market share of the total revenue of Nahar industrial enterprise Limited.
The company’s vertically integrated textile operation covers the complete gamut of spinning, weaving , processing and garmenting. The company produces a wide range of products such as knitwear , fabrics, blended yarn, woven garments and thermal wear with production facilities located in Punjab and Madhya Pradesh.
In response to the emerging urban and industrial demand in Ludhiana and surrounding areas , the company has recently diversified into the real estate sector aimed at leveraging the under utilised assets which the company owns. Nahar Industrial Park located in Ludhiana is the flagship project of the company undertaking plotted industrial development catering to the growing demand for organised industrial spaces, especially for micro, small and medium Enterprises.

Net profit rose to Rs 16 crores for Q4FY25 with EBIT growing 92% at Rs 34 crores while the Earnings per Share for Q4FY25 stood at around Rs 3.90 on the back of all round improvement in the company’s performance. The company enjoys a robust financial base on the back of consistent revenue and prudent capital management and controlled debt leverage.
Analysts tracking small cap textile companies are bullish on the Nahar Industrial Enterprises scrip and expect the financial performance to improve significantly over the next few quarters on the back of its recent diversification into the real estate sector . Analysts are betting on the real estate projects undertaken by the company to yield good returns over the next one year .
