Tata Motors
Tata Motors announced that it will increase prices across its commercial vehicle portfolio by up to 1.5 per cent starting April 1, 2026. The company said the move is aimed at partly offsetting the impact of rising commodity prices and higher input costs.
Reliance Industries
Reliance Industries has signed a binding agreement with Samsung C&T, an affiliate of Samsung Group, to supply green ammonia for a period of 15 years. The deal is valued at more than $3 billion, and the supply is expected to begin in the second half of the financial year 2029.
Union Bank of India
Union Bank of India said its board has approved a plan to raise ₹20,000 crore through infrastructure bonds. The funds will be used to support and finance various infrastructure projects.
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has secured a contract worth ₹95.27 crore from NMDC Limited for railway infrastructure work in Chhattisgarh. The project includes refurbishment of permanent railway tracks and maintenance work at NMDC’s mining sidings and mobile equipment tracks in Kirandul and Bacheli.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to expand the therapeutic use of its drug Ilumya. The medicine will now be used for treating adults suffering from active Psoriatic Arthritis. The US regulator has also accepted the company’s supplemental Biologics License Application (sBLA) for review.
PNB Housing Finance
PNB Housing Finance has partnered with India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation (IMGC) to expand access to home loans in the affordable housing segment. The collaboration aims to provide responsible lending and help more people access housing finance.
IndiGo
India’s largest airline IndiGo, operated by InterGlobe Aviation, has partnered with Adani Airport Holdings Limited for its airline loyalty program. The partnership is expected to enhance travel benefits and engagement for customers.
Dilip Buildcon
Dilip Buildcon said that the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has restored an insolvency appeal against the construction and infrastructure development company.
Ola Electric
Ola Electric is planning to raise up to ₹2,000 crore by selling a stake in its battery division Ola Cell Technologies (OCT). According to sources cited by PTI, the move is aimed at strengthening its battery manufacturing business.
Vedanta Limited
Vedanta said that its committee of directors has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹2,575 crore through the issuance of debentures.
Sagar Cements
Sagar Cements plans to sell up to 6.67 million equity shares of Andhra Cements through an Offer For Sale (OFS). The shares represent 7.24 per cent of the company’s total issued equity share capital. The sale is intended to meet the Minimum Public Shareholding requirement, according to a BSE filing.
Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation
Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NMDC Limited to explore strategic collaboration in the Rare Earth Elements (REE) sector.
Power Mech Projects
Power Mech Projects has received a contract worth ₹709.56 crore from Adani Infrastructure Management Services. The contract involves operations and maintenance services, including overhauling work, for a 5×660 MW thermal power plant in Tiroda, Maharashtra.
RailTel Corporation of India
RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order worth ₹42.63 crore from National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI). The order relates to the New Core Link project under the National Knowledge Network (NKN) initiative.
Zydus Lifesciences
Zydus Lifesciences said its wholly owned subsidiary Sentynl Therapeutics Inc. has entered into an agreement with PRG S&T. The agreement allows licensing of the investigational molecule Progerinin (SLC-D011) for the treatment of Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome (HGPS), a rare genetic disorder.
