Stocks To Watch Today: Indian stock markets may open lower on Tuesday, July 14, after GIFT Nifty indicated a weak start. Investors are expected to remain cautious amid rising US-Iran tensions, higher crude oil prices and a busy corporate earnings calendar.

Sensex & NSE Market

Indian benchmark indices ended nearly unchanged on Monday despite volatile trading. The BSE Sensex rose 47.01 points, or 0.06%, to close at 77,616.40, while the NSE Nifty 50 gained 4.10 points, or 0.02%, to settle at 24,211.00. However, GIFT Nifty was trading around 24,049, nearly 193 points below the previous Nifty futures close, indicating a weak opening for Indian equities on Tuesday.

Stocks To Watch Today, July 14, 2026

Several companies are expected to attract investor attention on Tuesday due to earnings announcements, major acquisitions, fresh orders and corporate developments.

Tata Elxsi and L&T Technology Services

Shares of Tata Elxsi and L&T Technology Services (LTTS) will remain under focus as both companies are scheduled to announce their Q1 FY27 financial results.

HCL Technologies

HCL Technologies has approved an investment of ₹3,500 crore to establish artificial intelligence data centres in India through newly formed wholly-owned subsidiaries. The company’s board also approved the incorporation of a new subsidiary for this business and appointed Jacob Christian Dahl as an Independent Director.

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)

Defence PSU BEL secured fresh orders worth ₹572 crore since its previous disclosure on June 22, 2026. The new contracts are expected to strengthen the company’s order book.

Grasim Industries

Grasim Industries announced that its subsidiary Aditya Birla Renewables Ltd. (ABRen) has signed an agreement to acquire the Sprng Energy group from Shell Overseas Investment B.V. The transaction carries an enterprise value of ₹17,200 crore (approximately $1.8 billion) and is expected to significantly expand the company’s renewable energy portfolio.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals

Emcure Pharmaceuticals will acquire the remaining 12.05% stake in Gennova Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. for ₹231.87 crore. Following the acquisition, Gennova will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emcure.

State Bank of India

SBI’s asset management arm, SBI Funds Management, has opened its ₹9,813-crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription. The public issue has been priced between ₹545 and ₹574 per share.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance

ICICI Prudential Life reported a 23.1% year-on-year rise in net profit for the first quarter, supported by growth in total income, making the stock one to watch.

Welspun Enterprises

Welspun Enterprises’ subsidiary, Welspun Pune Shirur Projects (WPSPL), has signed a sub-concession agreement with the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) and the Maharashtra government for the ₹7,300-crore Pune-Shirur highway project.

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR)

The state-owned logistics company reported an 8.89% year-on-year increase in container volumes during the June quarter, driven by healthy growth in both export-import (EXIM) and domestic cargo movement.

Poonawalla Fincorp

The Finance Committee of Poonawalla Fincorp has approved the issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to ₹500 crore through the private placement route.

Jaykay Enterprises

Jaykay Enterprises has approved plans to raise up to ₹155 crore through a rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares for eligible shareholders.

EMS

Infrastructure company EMS emerged as the lowest bidder for a sewerage infrastructure project awarded by UP Jal Nigam (Urban), Varanasi. The estimated value of the contract stands at ₹105.82 crore.

Zee Entertainment

The Reserve Bank of India has approved the redemption of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) worth $23.9 million. It also cleared the cancellation of the company’s remaining $215.1 million FCCB commitment.

Market Outlook

Investor sentiment is expected to remain cautious as traders monitor geopolitical developments, crude oil prices and the ongoing first-quarter earnings season. Companies announcing quarterly results and those with major corporate announcements are likely to see increased trading activity during Tuesday’s session.
