Sunday Times Rich Full List 2026: The latest edition of The Sunday Times Rich List 2026 has revealed the wealthiest individuals and families in the United Kingdom, with Indian-origin business tycoons Sanjay and Dheeraj Hinduja and family retaining the top spot. The annual rankings highlight Britain’s richest billionaires across industries, including finance, technology, retail, media, property, and manufacturing. 

According to the 2026 list, the combined wealth of the UK’s 350 richest people stands at an estimated £784 billion, while the number of billionaires in Britain has risen slightly to 157. 

Sunday Times Rich Full List 2026: Hinduja Family Tops UK Rich List Again

The Hinduja family, which controls the multinational Hinduja Group, remains the wealthiest in Britain with an estimated fortune of around £38 billion. The ranking comes after the death of family patriarch Gopichand Hinduja, with the business empire now led by Sanjay and Dheeraj Hinduja. 

The list also features major names such as Sir Leonard Blavatnik, Sir James Dyson, and Sir Jim Ratcliffe among the country’s richest billionaires. Take a look at the table:

Their combined wealth reportedly surged to £1.185 billion thanks to business ventures, fashion brands and investments linked to Inter Miami CF.

Despite concerns around tax reforms and several wealthy residents reportedly relocating abroad, the UK still recorded 157 billionaires in this year’s list. Analysts noted that London continues to remain a major global financial hub attracting investors and entrepreneurs. 

The Rich List also highlighted the rapid rise of fortunes linked to artificial intelligence, fintech, and digital businesses, especially among younger entrepreneurs under 40.

The Sunday Times Rich List is an annual ranking of the wealthiest people and families living in the UK. First launched in 1989, the list estimates wealth based on publicly identifiable assets, including businesses, property, shares, and investments.
