Accused stars Konkona Sen Sharma as Dr. Geetika, the youngest Head of Department of Gynaecology at a reputed hospital. She is married to Dr Meera, played by Pratibha Ranta. Dr. Geetika is a leading gynaecologist in London, on the verge of being promoted as the new dean of a prestigious hospital. She shares her life with her wife, Dr. Meera, a paediatrician, and together they plan to adopt a child. Everything seems perfect until an anonymous complaint lands at the hospital, accusing Geetika of sexual harassment.

While Geetika insists on her innocence, past reports of her strict and authoritarian style begin to resurface. Former patients and ex-colleagues join the chorus of accusations, sparking social media outrage and turning her personal and professional life upside down. The mounting pressure starts to strain her marriage, as Meera grows increasingly suspicious of Geetika’s actions and motives.

To investigate, the hospital board brings in a former journalist. His investigation reveals a tangled web of professional rivalries, unresolved past relationships, and personal secrets. With public opinion and career prospects at stake, Geetika must navigate the accusations while holding her life together. As the investigation unfolds, the line between truth and perception blurs.
