In the recent episode of Lock Upp 2, a big fight broke out between contestant Varun Yadav, or Laila and Pamala Serena in one of the tasks. Pamala alleged that Laila and his friend Aarush Bhola made sexist comments and disrespected women within the house. She also protested a derogatory term Aarush allegedly had for her friend Lailli Mirza. Defending himself and Aarush, Laila said that it was not a comment meant to insult anybody and it was just something that people say casually in Delhi.

The whole situation took a pretty serious turn during the Judgment Day episode, when host Farah Khan and special guest Huma Qureshi spoke about the remarks that got people talking. Farah asked Laila about the language in question, like why those words were even said in the first place. Laila replied that he wasn’t thinking clearly at that time. But Huma, well, she wasn’t buying it, not really. She refused his excuse that it was some sort of Delhi slang because she said she is also from Delhi, and she made it clear that this kind of talk can’t be justified. Then she pushed him to look at it a different way and to actually understand why those comments were seen as disrespectful.
Huma Qureshi’s ‘Apni Thodi Soch Badha’ Remark Leaves Laila Emotional
The whole situation got more emotional, like really quickly, when Huma Qureshi firmly answered Laila’s explanation by telling her, “Apni thodi soch badha, mere dost. ” That line definitely hit him hard; you could see it. A moment later, Laila, who looked overwhelmed already, got up from his seat, walked out of the group, and then just fell apart, in tears while he struggled to take in the criticism and honestly couldn’t process it.
