Rumours began circulating after Law Roach spoke to Access Hollywood at the 2026 Actor Awards on Sunday. During the interview, he revealed, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.” When asked to confirm the statement, he laughed and said, “It’s very true.”
Following this revelation, The Hollywood Reporter contacted representatives of Zendaya and Tom Holland for comment. However, there has been no official confirmation from the couple so far.
Speculation about their relationship status first intensified in January 2025. Zendaya attended the Golden Globes wearing a large diamond ring on her ring finger, sparking engagement rumours.
Soon after, TMZ reported that the longtime couple had indeed gotten engaged. According to the outlet, the proposal was private and low-key. It reportedly took place between Christmas and New Year’s in 2024.
Zendaya and Tom Holland reportedly grew close while working together in the Spider-Man franchise. They starred as MJ and Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019), and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).
The couple is set to reunite on screen in the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day. In addition, both actors will appear in Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated film The Odyssey, scheduled for release on July 17.
In a June 2023 cover interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Holland explained their decision to keep their relationship out of the spotlight.
“Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible,” he said. “We don’t think that we owe it to anyone, it’s our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers.”
While Law Roach’s comments have fueled excitement among fans, neither Zendaya nor Tom Holland has publicly confirmed the marriage rumours. Until an official statement is made, speculation about their wedding will likely continue.
