Emraan Hashmi is back as Shivam Pandit almost two decades after Awarapan first introduced audiences to his troubled and intense character. The sequel, Awarapan 2, is now set to arrive in theatres this Friday and the nostalgia around the 2007 film has brought plenty of attention to its return. The film also stars Disha Patani and Shabana Azmi and is directed by Nitin Kakkar.
