Salman Khan is all set to take over the stage as the first Weekend Ka Vaar of Bigg Boss 20 is just hours away. And going by the promos released ahead of the episode, it looks like the superstar is bringing a little bit of everything: praise, playful banter, reality checks and, of course, some much-needed house drama.
From Salman applauding Qazi Touqeer for his eccentric Rockstar personality to giving Mahhi Vij and Uditi Singh a reality check, the first Weekend Ka Vaar already looks packed with entertaining moments. And if that wasn’t enough, Arishfa Khan is also stepping in to decide who among the contestants is behaving like a child.
Needless to say, this Weekend Ka Vaar is shaping up to be anything but ordinary.
Bigg Boss 20 First Weekend Ka Vaar: Salman Khan Has A Special Rockstar Shoutout For Qazi Touqeer
One of the first promos has Salman showering praise on Qazi Touqeer and his unmistakable Rockstar attitude. Salman says, “Es ghar mein kitne bhi stars hai, rockstar toh ek hi hai…Qazi Toqueer (There may be many stars in this house, but there is only one Rockstar… Qazi Touqeer).”
Salman then turns the spotlight on Qazi’s signature Rockstar catchphrase and asks him to teach it to him. He even encourages the other contestants to give the signature style a shot.
But when Salman tries to get in on the act himself, he jokingly admits that pulling off Qazi’s style isn’t exactly easy for him.

In another promo, Salman introduces the contestants to a rather interesting game and asks them to decide who among them deserves to be called “Bigg Boss” and who is the “Bigg Loss.”
Aasif Khan picks Aman Gandhi as his “Bigg Loss” and doesn’t hold back while explaining why. He says, “Jab bhi baat karte hai aisa lagta hai 50 kg makhan sath mein leke ghumte hai (Whenever he talks, it feels like he carries 50 kg of butter with him).”
Aman isn’t exactly ready to accept that assessment. He responds, “Kisi ki kindness ko ye makhnabaazi kya hota hai sir (What are you calling it buttering when it’s someone’s kindness, sir?)”
But Aasif has more to say, adding, “Pyar se baat karne mein aur khusamat karne mein difference dikhta hai mere ko (I can see the difference between talking lovingly and flattering someone).”
Tanmay Singh aka ScoutOP also picks Aman as his “Bigg Loss,” making it clear that Aman isn’t exactly having the easiest time in this particular round.
Amrapali Dubey has her own choice for the “Bigg Loss” title and she picks Uditi Singh.
Explaining her decision, Amrapali says, “Bigg Boss ke ghar mein 16 alag-alag log hai…sabke sdath gel karne ka initiative aapko hi karna padega. Har ar koi aapko pamper karne ke liye nahi ayega (There are 16 different people in the Bigg Boss house… you have to take the initiative to gel with everyone. Not everyone will come here to pamper you).”
Salman agrees with Amrapali’s point.
Mahhi Vij chooses Love Gill when asked to identify her “Bigg Loss.” Her reason? Mahhi feels that the energy she brings to the equation isn’t being reciprocated by Love.
Love, however, has a very different take on the situation. She says, “Hum aakr kuch baat karte hai toh fir unko pasand ni aati…ye mauka hi nahi dete baat karne ka (When we come and try to talk, she doesn’t like it… she doesn’t even give us a chance to talk).”
And Love gets an unexpected validation when Salman agrees with her perspective, saying, “Ye maine bhi notice kiya hai (I have noticed this too).”

Then comes perhaps the most playful promo of the lot. Salman asks Arishfa to “expose” the contestants who are behaving like children inside the house.
And Arishfa certainly doesn’t shy away from handing out the labels.
She picks Love Gill for the diaper as she suggests that Love doesn’t hold conversations but continues gossiping instead.
For the jhunjhuna, Arishfa picks Qazi and keeps her explanation short and sharp: “He’s a very easy target.”
Next comes the silver spoon, which she gives to Kanika Mann, saying, “Pamper hona pasand karti hai…ki unke aage-peeche ghumo (She likes being pampered… she wants people to keep running around her).”
And when it comes to the voice that irritates her the most, Arishfa chooses Amrapali, saying, “Bahut loud ho jati hai (She gets very loud).”
