BMW OTT Release Date: Popular Telugu actor Ravi Teja teamed up with director Kishore Tirumala for the comedy-drama Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, which was released in theatres in January 2026. The film, also known as BMW, performed reasonably well at the box office and is credited with giving a much-needed boost to Ravi Teja’s career. After a long wait, the movie is now set for its digital premiere.
The post-theatrical OTT rights of Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi have been acquired by Zee5. The film was earlier expected to stream on the platform on February 13, 2026, but the release was postponed for undisclosed reasons.
According to the latest reports, the wait is finally over. Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi is now scheduled to premiere on Zee5 this Friday, February 20, 2026. Reports also suggest that the film will be available in five languages Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. An official announcement from the streaming platform is expected soon.
Directed by Kishore Tirumala, the film was released as a Makar Sankranti 2026 festive special. Ravi Teja plays Ram Sathyanarayana, a businessman who owns a liquor brand. He is married to Balamani, portrayed by Dimple Hayati.
As Ram plans to expand his business, he travels abroad to meet a potential investor. During the trip, he begins an affair with Manasa, played by Ashika Ranganath. The story revolves around Ram’s attempts to hide the truth about his affair from his innocent wife and the complications that follow.
Apart from Ravi Teja, the film features Sunil, Satya, Vennela Kishore, Getup Srinu, Muralidhar Goud, and Ajay Gosh in supporting roles.
The music for the film is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, while the story and screenplay are written by director Kishore Tirumala. Cinematography is handled by Prasad Murella, and editing is done by A Sreekar Prasad.
