The Dragon Ball Super: Beerus trailer came from Toei Animation, which anime fans received with excitement at the Dragon Ball Genkidama Matsuri event in Japan, because it shows a remastered version of the original series. The remake applies advanced audiovisual technologies to achieve Akira Toriyama’s artistic vision.

Dragon Ball Super Beerus:  Trailer

The trailer was released on 25 January 2026 and starts with Goku fighting Beerus, who uses his God of Destruction powers to create shockwaves that extend throughout the cosmos. Goku reaches god-level power to fight Beerus, who starts as his superior but later becomes less powerful during intense combat situations. The project includes new fight scenes and special effects combined with restored animation, which preserves the original design elements from Toriyama while correcting past mistakes. The clip, which featured voice actors Masako Nozawa and Koichi Yamadera and producer Akio Iyoku, showed battles that would shake Earth to its core after the events of Majin Buu.

Dragon Ball Super Beerus: Release Date

This project will begin its first release in autumn 2026 after the 2015-2018 anime completed the Battle of Gods storyline. The project, which took multiple years to develop, recreates the original episodes with exact precision.
