In Heartstopper Forever, Nick (Kit Connor) and Charlie (Joe Locke) spend their final months at secondary school while preparing for the transition to college. Anxiety about the future and misunderstanding leads to a breakup but the pair finally reunites at the beach where they initially became their boyfriends. Nick & Charlie then decide to have a long distance relationship along with their college life.
