Salman Khan has sold another property in Mumbai’s Bandra West. The actor reportedly sold an apartment for Rs 3.50 crore, around 11 years after purchasing it. The development comes months after reports about the Khan family’s plans to build a new residential tower in Bandra.
Salman Khan Sells Bandra Apartment In Shiv Asthan Heights
According to a Hindustan Times report, citing property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Salman Khan sold an apartment in Shiv Asthan Heights in Bandra West for Rs 3.50 crore. The actor had purchased the property in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore.
The transaction was registered on July 9, 2026. The apartment was reportedly purchased by multiple homebuyers who paid Rs 21 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as the registration fee.
Apartment Size And Other Details
As per the registration documents, the Bandra apartment has a carpet area of 758 sq ft and comes with two car parking spaces. The deal works out to nearly Rs 46,000 per sq ft based on the carpet area.
Salman Khan’s Long Association With Bandra
Salman Khan has lived at the iconic Galaxy Apartments on Bandstand in Bandra with his family for decades. Apart from his residence, the actor has also invested in several residential and commercial properties over the years.
This is not the first property transaction involving Salman Khan in the locality. In July 2025, he reportedly sold another apartment in Shiv Asthan Heights which measured 1,318 sq ft, for Rs 5.35 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
New Bandra Home Plans
Salman Khan also made headlines in June 2026 after the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) reportedly granted clearance to the Khan family to build a residential tower in Bandra’s Chimbai.
According to a Hindustan Times report, the proposed residence will be built on a plot owned by Salman Khan’s mother, Salma Khan, located a few hundred metres from Galaxy Apartments. The report stated that the land originally housed a two-storey residential structure dating back to before 1956. After the Khan family acquired the property in 2011, the old structure was demolished as it was in a dilapidated condition.
Salman Khan’s Upcoming Movies
On the work front, Salman Khan is gearing up for Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The war drama, based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash, was earlier announced as Battle of Galwan before being retitled.
