What Happened In Lanterns Season 1 Episode 4?
Episode 4, titled The Weenie, delivered one of the season’s biggest revelations so far: the identity of the Manhunter hiding in Rushville was finally exposed.
The investigation initially points Hal and John towards Macon and the strange events surrounding his property. They eventually realise, however, that Zoe Macon is actually the Manhunter, a revelation that completely changes the mystery they have been trying to solve.
The episode also introduces another major complication when Hal seeks information from his former mentor Sinestro. His visit comes with consequences, particularly as Sinestro plays on Hal’s growing doubts about John.
Meanwhile, John receives an extraordinary order from the Guardians. He is pushed to take Hal’s Green Lantern ring and replace him. Despite the pressure, John refuses to betray his mentor.
Hal Jordan And John Stewart’s Partnership Is In Trouble
The biggest fallout from Episode 4 may not even be the Manhunter reveal. The relationship between Hal and John is now under serious strain.
