The sequel will reportedly begin with Baba’s birthplace, Firozabad, before moving to Agra, Mathura and other places that were connected to his life.
This means that Part 2 is expected to take audiences deeper into the story of the revered spiritual figure, exploring more of the places and experiences that shaped his journey.
Was Hanuman Ansh Always Planned As A Trilogy?
Interestingly, the sequel is not being planned solely because of the first film’s unexpected box-office success. The makers had already envisioned Hanuman Ansh as part of a larger story.
When the project was officially announced on February 20, 2026, it was revealed that the spiritual saga was planned as a trilogy. The film is inspired by Divine Detour, a book written by Vishal Chaturvedi, with Shobhinaw Satyaa portraying Neem Karoli Baba.

The film has also received a shout-out from Kangana Ranaut. On Wednesday, the actress took to her Instagram Story to share her thoughts on Hanuman Ansh. She wrote, “Hanuman Ansh is not a movie it’s a satsang, beautifully woven short stories of people who had first hand experience of #neemkaroribaba. Skip your therapy and go watch it (sic).”
