Mirzapur The Movie is showing no signs of slowing down at the box office. After crossing the Rs 100 crore mark in India within its first four days, the Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Divyendu-starrer continued its strong run on Tuesday, despite a slight dip in collections.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 15.85 crore on Day 5, taking its India net collection to Rs 125.60 crore. The film also recorded a 44.7 per cent occupancy across its Hindi shows on Tuesday.

The Tuesday collection was only marginally lower than Monday’s reported figure of Rs 16.24 crore. More importantly, the film remained comfortably in double digits after a strong opening weekend.

Mirzapur The Movie Box Office Collection

Mirzapur The Movie opened to Rs 25.75 crore on Friday before witnessing a strong jump over the weekend. Saturday brought in Rs 32 crore, while Sunday proved to be the film’s biggest day so far with Rs 36 crore.

The film then entered its first weekday stretch with Rs 16.24 crore on Monday, followed by Rs 15.85 crore on Tuesday.

The five-day total puts the film firmly into the Rs 125 crore club, with the next major domestic milestone being the Rs 150 crore mark.

How Much Has Mirzapur The Movie Earned Worldwide?

The film’s strong performance is not limited to India. On Day 5, Mirzapur The Movie reportedly collected Rs 3.50 crore overseas, taking its total overseas gross to Rs 27 crore. Its worldwide gross has now reached approximately Rs 176.97 crore.

The film had already crossed the Rs 150 crore worldwide mark after four days, making its theatrical performance one of the notable Hindi film runs of 2026 so far. With the worldwide total now hovering around Rs 177 crore, the film is edging closer to the Rs 200 crore milestone.

Why Is Mirzapur The Movie Performing So Well?

The film’s strongest performance has come from the Hindi-speaking heartland where the Mirzapur franchise has developed a particularly loyal following. The theatrical adaptation benefits from the popularity of the Prime Video series and its established characters, including Kaleen Bhaiya, Guddu Pandit and Munna Tripathi.

The film also brings back much of the original ensemble while introducing new elements to the story. Ravi Kishan’s addition as Babban Babua has been one of the talking points around the movie, with the actor’s performance and improvisations reportedly making such an impression that the filmmakers worried his character could overshadow Guddu and Munna.

What Is Mirzapur The Movie About?

Directed by Gurmeet Singh and written by Puneet Krishna, Mirzapur The Movie takes audiences back into the violent world of Mirzapur. Set in 2018, the film explores an untold chapter of the story established by the original series, bringing together familiar characters and new players as another battle for power unfolds.

Pankaj Tripathi returns as Kaleen Bhaiya, while Ali Fazal reprises Guddu Pandit and Divyendu returns as Munna Tripathi. Jitendra Kumar takes on the role of Bablu Pandit, while Ravi Kishan joins the franchise as Babban Babua.

The ensemble also includes Abhishek Banerjee, Rasika Dugal, Shweta Tripathi, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Harshita Gaur, Sheeba Chadha and Rajesh Tailang.
