Megastar Ram Charan and his entrepreneur wife, Upasana Kamineni Konidela, gave fans the ultimate surprise to mark their 14th wedding anniversary. On June 14, the couple took to Instagram to share the very first public photograph of their newborn twins, Shivram and Anveera Devi, sending social media into an absolute meltdown.
A Heartwarming First Frame
Instead of a traditional, stylized portrait revealing the babies’ faces, Ram Charan and Upasana chose a deeply intimate and emotional route. The shared photograph captured a close-up of the tiny hands of all three of their children. Along with the newborn twins was the hand of their elder sister, Klin Kaara, who was born in June 2023.
The couple kept the caption sweet and simple, writing, “Heart is full,” with an infinity emoji. The post got immense love from the film community as well as their fans. The comments were flooded with blessing and celebratory messages for the couple as well as the children.

The couple welcomed the twins, a baby boy and a baby girl earlier this year on January 31 at Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad. Shivram: The name connects devotion and family lineage in one. It draws from Lord Shiva and Lord Rama, symbolizing strength with restraint. It also honors Ram Charan’s father, Megastar Chiranjeevi, whose birth name is Konidela Siva Sankara Vara Prasad.

Anveera Devi: Representing boundless divine feminine power, the name combines “Veera” (bravery) with the prefix “An,” expanding it to mean limitless courage.
Upasana On Motherhood and Balancing Act
While sharing her thoughts on the family expansion and her second experience with motherhood, she explained that her experience with the twins was rather grounded when compared with her first pregnancy with Klin Kaara which she explains was beautiful but overwhelming. She went on to credit Ram Charan for being an incredible fatherespecially in ensuring their eldest daughter feels secure and equally loved amid the new arrivals.
The anniversary milestone caps off an incredibly successful month for the Mega family. Professionally, Ram Charan is riding high on the box office wave of his latest sports action-drama, Peddi, which just crossed the Rs 307 crore mark worldwide.
