According to reports, the actor acquired four adjoining plots in Pimpri village for a total of RS 16.42 crore. The transaction, registered on April 30, included a stamp duty payment of Rs 82.13 lakh.
The property covers around 1,04,000 square metres, with the largest parcel measuring 43,800 square metres and costing Rs 7.07 crore. The other three plots were purchased for Rs 4.62 crore, Rs 3.31 crore and Rs 1.39 crore respectively.
This was reportedly Ranbir’s second major land investment this year. Earlier, he purchased a plot in Ayodhya’s Sarayu development, measuring 2,134 square feet, for approximately Rs 3.31 crore.
