Salim Khan, the legendary Indian screenwriter and father of superstar Salman Khan, was born to Abdul Rashid Khan and Siddiqa Bano Khan. Salim Khan's father used to serve as the Indian Imperial Police and retired as Deputy Inspector General(DUG) in Indore.
