Shah Rukh Khan knows exactly how to keep the excitement around King alive without giving away too much. With his much-awaited film only months away, the superstar returned to X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, for another #AskSRK session.

And this time, fans managed to get something they had been waiting for: a new dialogue from the film.

What Is Shah Rukh Khan’s Dialogue From King?

While questions ranged from the film’s action and music to its release date and the long-awaited trailer during #AskSRK, SRK finally gave fans a tiny glimpse into the world of King.

Asked to share a dialogue from the Siddharth Anand directorial, Shah Rukh said it was “too early to put dialogue from the film.” However, he still gave fans a glimpse of what is to come by revealing the line: “Picture abhi baaki hai, King akela kaafi hai.”

SRK shared the line after a fan directly asked him to reveal some dialogue from the upcoming film. The response came during his September 15 #AskSRK session which became one of the latest talking points among his fans.

When Is Shah Rukh Khan’s King Releasing?

Despite recent speculation that King could be pushed to 2027, Shah Rukh Khan has confirmed that the film is still arriving on its planned date. King will release in cinemas on December 24, 2026.

The date was officially confirmed by the makers earlier this year and SRK reiterated it during the September 15 #AskSRK session.

Shah Rukh Khan Says, ‘Everything Wil Come… Before Dec 24’

So, while the exact dates for the trailer and other major promotional releases have not been revealed, SRK has assured fans that the wait will end before the film reaches theatres.

What Did Shah Rukh Khan Say About King vs Avengers: Doomsday?

One of the biggest questions around King is its release-week competition. Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to release on December 18, 2026 which will give the Marvel film a six-day head start before King arrives on December 24.

During #AskSRK, a fan asked SRK whether his son AbRam would watch Doomsday or King first.

The superstar responded in typical Shah Rukh fashion: “Pehle toh baap hi aayega beta.”

The cheeky reply instantly turned the release clash into another talking point, with SRK clearly showing that he is not backing away from the Christmas-season competition.

Avengers: Doomsday is officially scheduled for December 18, while King remains locked for December 24.

Will King Have An Arijit Singh Song?

Music lovers also got a small but exciting update during the #AskSRK session. When a fan asked Shah Rukh to release a song from King, the actor revealed that Arijit Singh is still working on the finishing touches.

SRK said: “Kar deta Abhi Arijit dada ko finishing touches dene hain. He is a perfectionist and takes some time rightfully.”

What Did Shah Rukh Khan Say About Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar?

Shah Rukh was also asked whether he had watched Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar. SRK confirmed that he had watched both films and had a very positive reaction to the franchise.

Responding to the fan, Shah Rukh wrote, “Loved both the parts….fantastic by the whole team!!!”
