At the Paris Fashion Week, the rapper was seen sitting next to Nigerian soccer star Maduka Okoye during the Robert Wun Haute Couture Fall/Winter show.
The clip, which has been widely shared on TikTok and X (formerly Twitter) shows Okoye helping Cardi B settle into her seat before the show began. They were also seen engaged in conversation at a hotel in Paris.

Who Is Maduka Okoye?
Maduka Emilio Okoye is a professional footballer who represents Nigeria at the international level and plays as a goalkeeper for Italian Serie A club Udinese. Born on August 28, 1999, in Düsseldorf, Germany, the 26-year-old has steadily built a name for himself in European football.
Although he was born in Germany, Okoye chose to represent Nigeria through his father’s heritage. His mother has German and French roots. Since making his senior debut for the Super Eagles in 2019, he has become one of the country’s most recognisable goalkeepers.
According to IBT, Okaye has an impressive 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 metres). His height has played a major role in his success as a goalkeeper.
Okoye began his professional career in Germany before making the move to Dutch club Sparta Rotterdam. His performances during the 2020-21 season earned widespread praise and he was eventually named the club’s Player of the Season.
His impressive form opened the door to England where he signed for Watford in 2022. A year later, he joined Italian side Udinese, where he continues to compete in Serie A while also remaining a regular part of Nigeria’s national squad.
