As Lock Upp 2 heads toward its grand finale, emotions are running high inside the house, contestants are getting more vocal, and those confrontations are growing more intense day by day. In the latest episode, a task was won by Varun Yadav with the help of visitor Aarush Bhola, and after that, things went off track fast. The argument got heated once Pamala Serena accused Varun of deliberately targeting the female contestants during the task, and then she went on to call his approach misogynistic.

A Task-Related Argument Sparks One Of The Season’s Biggest Controversies

The argument sort of took a more serious turn once Ram Kapoor stepped in to defend Varun and dismissed Pamala’s allegations of gender-based targeting. He claimed that the women had actually been in a stronger standing for most of the competition anyway. As the heated exchange kept going, Ram moved a bit closer to Pamala while he was making his point, even though she stepped back. That whole thing made the atmosphere more tense, and it also made Pamala object pretty strongly to his behaviour.

Pamala Serena Alleges Ram Kapoor’s Behaviour Made Her Feel Unsafe

After the confrontation, Pamala looked visibly upset and said Ram’s behaviour plus the way he kept coming close to her made her feel uncomfortable and unsafe. She also described it like she felt as though he might attack her, and that thought left her really shaken. Akanksha Chamola, at first, thought Pamala was overreacting a bit, but later she admitted that Ram’s approach crossed a clear line, and she said no woman in the house should ever be made to feel unsafe.

Akanksha sort of shifted her stance and told Ram that his behaviour had crossed a line, you know. She said that getting so close to Pamala during the argument and then speaking to her in that manner just wasn’t appropriate. In her view no woman in the house should be made to feel uneasy or unsafe because of someone else’s actions. Pamala then also reiterated that it had left her feeling unsafe, like really unsettled.

Ram Kapoor Apologises After Tense Exchange Inside The Lock Upp House

After the argument, Ram Kapoor apologised to Pamala and sort of admitted he didn’t want that incident to leave a bad aftertaste, a negative impression lingering. He said one of the key reasons for apologising was that he wanted to set the right example for his son, who is watching the show. Ram also mentioned that he really values his friendship with Pamala, and he hopes they can continue keeping in touch even after Lock Upp 2 wraps up. He further added that misunderstandings do happen, but sorting them out with honesty and with respect is what actually matters in the end.
