Bengaluru: A shocking incident took place in Bengaluru, where a woman has alleged that a delivery agent forcefully entered her home after she repeatedly denied his request to use her toilet. The woman shared the incident on the social media platform, claiming the delivery executive ignored her objections before entering her home without permission and exposed himself.
According to her account, the delivery agent had arrived to drop off a parcel and then requested to use her washroom. She said she declined the request several times, explaining that she did not allow strangers inside her home. She also suggested that he seek help from her male neighbours if the situation was an emergency.
“I politely refused multiple times and clearly told him that I do not allow strangers inside my flat,” the woman wrote, adding that despite her repeated refusals, the delivery agent allegedly removed his slippers and entered her residence without her consent.
‘He Exposed His Private Parts To Me,’ Woman Alleges
The woman further alleged that after using the toilet, the delivery agent exposed his private parts to her, leaving her shocked and frightened.
Describing the incident, she said she felt “shocked, violated, humiliated, and completely unsafe” inside her own home. Stressing the importance of respecting personal boundaries, she wrote, “A woman said, ‘NO!’ That should have been the end of the conversation. No one has the right to ignore her boundaries or force their way into her home.”
The allegations have sparked widespread discussion on social media, with many users expressing concern over the safety of customers during home deliveries.
Woman Says She Took Precautions Fearing For Her Safety
Recalling the tense moments during the incident, the woman said she feared for her safety and took immediate precautions. She claimed she switched on her phone camera, kept the main door open, and stood close to the entrance in case she needed to run outside and seek help.
“I was terrified. Fearing for my safety, I kept my phone camera on, left my main door open, and stood near the entrance because I was afraid that if anything happened, I could run outside for help,” she wrote.
She added that frequent reports of crimes against women heightened her fear during the encounter.
