CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026: Result Likely To Be Announced Today At results.cbse.nic.in, Here’s How To Check Your Marks

The CBSE Class 10 Second Board Examination Result 2026 is likely to be released today, sources told NDTV. However, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has not officially confirmed the result date or time yet. The result link is also not active on the official websites. Students are advised to keep their roll number, school number, admit card ID and date of birth ready so they can check their results without any delay once they are declared.

The Class 10 Second Board Examination was held from May 15 to May 21, 2026, under CBSE’s new two-board-exam system. This exam gives eligible students another chance to improve their marks in the same academic year. Students appearing under the compartment category were also allowed to take the exam as per CBSE’s rules.

This year, 6,68,854 students registered for the second board examination. Out of them, 5,25,655 students appeared to improve their scores, 85,285 students took the exam as compartment candidates, and 57,914 students registered under the combined improvement and compartment category.

1.    Visit the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in.
2.    Open the Results section.
3.    Click on CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026.
4.    Enter your:
–  Roll Number
–    School Number
–    Admit Card ID
–    Mother’s Name
5.    Click on Submit.
6.    Your result will appear on the screen.
7.    Download and save the marksheet for future use.

How To Download On DigiLocker

1.    Open the DigiLocker App or visit the official DigiLocker Website.
2.    Log in to your account using your registered mobile number or Aadhaar details, then enter your 6-digit security PIN.
3.    Scroll down or go to the Education section and select Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
4.    Choose the Class X Marksheet option.
5.    Enter your Roll Number, School Number, and Date of Birth, then click Submit.
6.    Your mark sheet will load on the screen. Download and save the PDF for future reference.

How To Download On The UMANG App

1.    Install and open the UMANG App on your mobile device.
2.    Register or log in using your registered mobile number.
3.    In the app’s search bar, type and choose CBSE Services.
4.    Tap on the Class 10th Result (or Phase II Result) option.
5.    Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth.
6.    Click Submit to view your subject-wise marks and result status.
7.    You can then download the scorecard to your device.
