The person appearing in the videos has been identified as Raja, who reportedly describes himself as a devotee from Amritsar and has been living in Chandigarh for several months. According to people associated with him, he spends considerable time chanting “Jai Mata Di” and has previously been linked to unconventional forms of langar, including alleged cash and gold-coin distributions. These claims, however, are based on accounts from his associates.
