Cockroach Janata Party Gets Sonam Wangchuk’s Support For June 6 Neet Paper Leak Protest

Social activist Sonam Wangchuk has announced that he will join a protest at Jantar Mantar on June 6 if the Union Education Minister does not resign by then. While sharing this information on social media, Wangchuk extended his support to Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke. Wangchuk stated that after speaking with Dipke, he believed his intentions were genuine and that he deeply cares about the younger generation in light of recent entrance examination controversies.

Sonam Wangchuk to Join CJP Protest in Delhi

The social activist stated that he will join the CJP’s protest and support any movement working toward the betterment of the younger generation.“I spoke to CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke. After talking, I felt his intentions are right. He is a patriot and wants change. Abhijeet is calling people to Delhi on June 6. If Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan does not resign by June 5, I will also join the CJP protest at Jantar Mantar,” Wangchuk announced on social media. He added that he would help lead the protest in Delhi on June 6 to demand the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

CJP Founder Abhijeet Dipke to Return to India and Head Directly to Police Station

Reports indicate that Abhijeet Dipke will return to India on June 6 for the first time since launching the party. He plan to lead a protest at Jantar Mantar against recent controversies involving the NEET paper leak, the CUET exam cancellation, and the CBSE OSM row. The CJP founder stated that he will go directly from the airport to the Parliament Street police station to seek permission for the protest. He has also appealed to his supporters to meet him at the airport and join the demonstration against the government.

Supreme Court Declines Petition Seeking CBI Probe Against CJP

On May 24, the Supreme Court declined a petition seeking a CBI probe into the activities associated with the CJP. A bench comprising the Chief Justice of India, Justice Joymalya Bagchi, and Justice Vipul Pancholi refused to order a CBI investigation into the matter. The bench advised the petitioner not to take the issue so emotionally.

NEET UG Paper Leak, CUET Cancellation, and CBSE OSM Row Fuel Anger

The CJP founder announced that his protest is specifically targeted against recent national exam controversies, including the NEET UG paper leak. NEET 2026 was initially conducted on May 3. However, a few days later, the government cancelled the exam following allegations of a paper leak. The re-examination is now scheduled to take place on June 21, 2026.
