In a fresh wave of controversy, a social media post has gone viral after an X user claimed to have found multiple Telegram channels offering the re-NEET exam papers for sale. Tagging the National Testing Agency, the user warned that these channels appear to be operated by a single individual running a paper-selling racket. In a quick response, the NTA confirmed that the flagged channels have already been reported to cybercrime for immediate verification and action.
Alleged re-NEET Papers Flood Telegram
An X user sparked concern after posting about several links where alleged re-NEET question papers were being openly commercialized. The user wrote, “Dear @NTA_Exams and @Cyberdost, I got a few telegram pages. They are managed by 1 person and they are selling RE-NEET question papers.” Alongside the message, the user shared direct links to the Telegram channels, urging the NTA and cyber security cells to take stringent action against the accounts.

NTA Responds Swiftly
Responding to the online complaint, the NTA stated that the matter is being officially handled by law enforcement. “These are being reported to CyberCrime for verification and action,” the testing agency responded from its official handle.
This is not the first time since the initial controversy that links claiming to host leaked papers have surfaced on social media platforms. The NTA has faced immense scrutiny and structural challenges over security breaches. However, the conducting body has indicated it is acting firmly this time, leaving no stone unturned to secure the integrity of the re-test.
NEET Scam Exposed in Gujarat
This development follows a separate, serious incident reported out of Gujarat, where a social media activist filed a written complaint with the state’s cyber crime unit regarding syndicates selling NEET scores for Rs 20 lakh.
The activist who appeared for the NEET exams in 2023 and 2024 disclosed a recorded conversation where a fraudster offered a guaranteed government medical seat. The operator required the candidate to leave difficult questions completely blank on their OMR sheet. The racketeers claimed their internal network would later fill in the correct answers at the examination center prior to official evaluation.
