PM Kisan 22nd Instalment Date:  The 22nd instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme will be distributed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today, on March 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM from Guwahati, Assam.

During the event, nearly ₹18,650 crore will be transferred directly into the bank accounts of around 9.32 crore eligible farmers through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode for the PM-KISAN scheme. The scheme continues to provide timely support to farmers by boosting the agricultural sector.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will begin the process of transferring funds under this scheme from Guwahati in Assam during an official function. For the latest information, farmers can visit the official website of this scheme, which is pmkisan.gov.in.

Furthermore, under the Union Budget 2026, around Rs. 70,000 crore has been allocated for this scheme, indicating that the government is paying increasing attention to this sector of the economy.

What Does the PM Kisan 22nd Instalment Date Mean?

The PM Kisan 22nd Instalment Date refers to the date when the 22nd installment will be released for the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme. The PM-KISAN scheme is a government plan that offers financial assistance to small and marginalised farmers in India.

  • Visit the official website pmkisan.gov.in.

  • Click on the “Know Your Status” option.

  • Enter your registration number, Aadhaar number, or mobile number.

  • Verify the OTP received on your mobile phone.

  • Once verified, you will be able to view your payment status.

If the status shows pending, farmers should complete their eKYC process immediately by visiting the eKYC section on the website and verifying their Aadhaar using OTP or biometric authentication.

The entire process takes only a few minutes. Farmers can also download the PM-KISAN mobile application to check their status anytime from their smartphones.

Farmers should keep a few important points in mind to avoid any issues with their payments:

  • eKYC completion is mandatory, otherwise the instalment may be delayed.
