Prateek Yadav Declared Dead: A major political and personal tragedy has struck the Yadav family as Prateek Yadav, son of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav and husband of BJP leader Apna Yadav, passed away in Lucknow at the age of 38.

Doctors confirmed that Prateek Yadav was brought to Civil Hospital in a critical condition early Wednesday morning and declared dead shortly after arrival.

His death has left the family and political circles in shock, with condolences pouring in from across the state.

Prateek Yadav Declared Dead: Emergency Medical Response Started After 5 AM Health Alert

According to Civil Hospital director Dr GP Gupta, medical authorities received information about Prateek Yadav’s serious health condition around 5 am. A medical team was immediately dispatched to his residence for emergency assistance. He was then rushed to Civil Hospital in Lucknow for urgent treatment.

Hospital officials confirmed that despite rapid medical intervention, his condition remained extremely critical.

According to sources, Prateek had been suffering from complications related to blood clotting in the lungs and was receiving treatment at Medanta Hospital. His condition reportedly remained serious for a considerable period of time.

Prateek Yadav Declared Dead at 5:55 AM at Civil Hospital

Hospital sources confirmed that Prateek Yadav was brought to Civil Hospital at around 5:30 am. Doctors attempted resuscitation, but he could not survive and was officially declared dead at 5:55 am.

Dr GP Gupta stated, “When the doctors reached there, his condition appeared critical. He was brought to the hospital, and despite all efforts by the medical team, he was declared dead at 5.55 am.”

Authorities are now waiting for the postmortem report to determine the exact medical cause of death.

Who Was Prateek Yadav?

Prateek Yadav was a member of one of India’s most prominent political families but chose to stay away from active politics. He was the son of late Mulayam Singh Yadav and Sadhna Gupta, and the stepbrother of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav.

Despite his political background, he focused on business, entrepreneurship, and social work instead of joining electoral politics. Prateek Yadav studied at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, where he completed his higher education.

After returning to India, he built his career in real estate and fitness entrepreneurship. He owned a gym in Lucknow named “The Fitness Planet” and was well known in local business circles.

He maintained a strong interest in fitness and lifestyle ventures and avoided direct political involvement throughout his life.

Prateek Yadav Cause of Death

Prateek Yadav had been facing health issues for some time and was earlier admitted to Medanta Hospital before being discharged. Reports suggest he was again rushed to a hospital in Lucknow after his condition worsened.

He had been under medical supervision for several days, but the exact cause of death has not been officially confirmed yet.
