TCS Nashik Case Latest Update: The investigation into the alleged harassment and forced religious conversion case at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik has taken a new turn as police questioned Moin Naveed Iqbal Khan, the husband of absconding accused Nida Khan. Authorities intensified their search efforts after receiving multiple leads about her possible whereabouts, but she remains missing.

Police sources said investigators detained Moin Naveed Iqbal Khan for questioning after his statements regarding his wife’s location appeared inconsistent. Officials are now examining whether his inputs delayed the search operation or created confusion during the probe.

The case has drawn national attention due to serious allegations involving harassment, religious coercion, and workplace misconduct.

Who is Moin Naveed Iqbal Khan? Husband of Nida Khan in TCS Nashik Case

Moin Naveed Iqbal Khan recently married Nida Khan and is believed to work as a logistics officer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Mumbra area of Thane district. According to preliminary details shared during the investigation, the couple was expecting their first child.

Investigators stated that Nida Khan had shifted from the Nashik unit of TCS to the company’s Mumbai offices in Malad and Hiranandani around two months ago. Officials linked the transfer to Moin’s job relocation to the Mumbai region.

Police detained Moin as part of routine questioning after learning that he had provided specific location details about Nida’s movement.

Police Track Changing Statements on Nida Khan’s Location

According to investigators, Moin Naveed Iqbal Khan initially told police that Nida Khan left their home on April 14 and stayed with a relative in Mumbai. He shared the address of the relative with authorities, prompting an immediate police search.

However, when officers reached the location, they found the house locked. Authorities also noted that the mobile phones belonging to Nida Khan and the relative remained switched off at the time of the search.

Later, Moin reportedly changed his version and informed police that Nida Khan’s aunt, identified as Noorie Sheikh, had taken her to Nashik earlier in the week. He further told investigators that he did not know her current location.

Officials are verifying these statements as they continue efforts to trace Nida Khan.

The case surfaced after a woman working at the Nashik branch of TCS filed a complaint against a colleague. The complainant alleged that one of the accused developed a relationship with her on the promise of marriage, despite already being married.

Investigators said the complaint also named multiple individuals, including Nida Khan, who allegedly played a role in pressuring the complainant to change her religion and concealing key facts related to the accused’s marital status.

Police have arrested several accused individuals so far, including senior staff members linked to the case. Authorities confirmed that Nida Khan remains among those still absconding.
