TCS Nashik Scandal Latest Update: The alleged harassment case at the Nashik unit of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) continues to reveal new claims as investigators examine multiple allegations of sexual harassment, blackmail, and coercion. Police officials said fresh details provided by one of the complainants have added new dimensions to the ongoing probe.

Authorities have registered cases against several individuals, and officials continue to review statements, digital evidence, and witness accounts as the investigation progresses.

TCS Nashik Scandal Latest Update: Survivor Alleges Assault After Promise of Marriage

According to the police complaint, one survivor stated that she became acquainted with one of the accused several years ago. She told investigators that the man promised to help her secure employment at the Nashik branch of TCS after she completed her graduation.

The survivor alleged that the accused later forced himself on her in 2022 while assuring her that he intended to marry her. She further claimed that after she joined the company in 2024, the accused again subjected her to harassment during a visit to a resort.

Police officials said the complainant later discovered that the accused was already married and had children. The revelation reportedly came after the accused’s wife contacted the survivor directly. When confronted, the accused allegedly denied plans to marry her.

The complaint also included allegations that the accused and some of his colleagues pressured her to convert to Islam. Investigators stated that these claims form a key part of the FIR and are currently under verification.

Nida Khan TCS: Multiple Accused Named as Probe Expands

Police confirmed that eight individuals have been named in connection with the case. Among them is Nida Khan, who has sought anticipatory bail from the Nashik Sessions Court.

Legal representatives for Khan stated that the allegations against her were unfounded. One of her lawyers said:
“She has been falsely implicated in the case. She does not have any record of any kind of criminal activity,” said Kasliwal.

Authorities have already detained seven other accused individuals as part of the investigation. Officials indicated that further arrests or legal action may follow depending on the outcome of ongoing inquiries.

Social Media Evidence Under Examination in TCS Nashik Case

Investigators also found allegations related to online harassment. Police sources reported that some of the accused allegedly contacted survivors repeatedly through social media platforms.

Officials stated that suspects allegedly sent unsolicited messages, including objectionable content, through messaging services and social networking platforms. Investigators are currently analysing digital records, messages, and shared files to determine the nature of communication between the accused and complainants.

Authorities said this digital evidence may play a critical role in establishing timelines and verifying statements recorded in the FIR.

NCW Forms Fact-Finding Team in TCS Nashik Case

The National Commission for Women has stepped into the matter by forming a fact-finding team to examine the allegations independently.

Officials said the team will gather statements from complainants, review police records, and assess the circumstances surrounding the case. The commission aims to ensure that the investigation proceeds fairly and that the concerns of survivors receive proper attention.

Legal experts noted that the involvement of a national body could bring additional scrutiny to the investigation process.

TCS Nashik Scandal Latest Update: Court Proceedings and Investigation Continue

Authorities confirmed that hearings related to anticipatory bail requests will take place soon. Meanwhile, police continue to collect witness testimonies and technical evidence.

Officials stated that the investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have urged the public to avoid spreading unverified claims while the legal process continues.

The case has drawn attention due to the seriousness of the allegations and the involvement of multiple accused individuals. Investigators said they will continue to examine all available evidence before filing further charges or concluding the probe.
