The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has released the UPTET Provisional Answer Key 2026 on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test can now download the answer key, calculate their expected scores, and raise objections online till July 14, 2026.
How To Download UPTET Answer Key 2026
Candidates can download the provisional answer key by following these steps:
•   Visit the official website upessc.up.gov.in.
•   Click on the UPTET 2026 Provisional Answer Key link.
•   Select Paper 1 or Paper 2.
•   Download the answer key PDF according to your question paper set.
•   Compare your answers with the official responses.
UPTET Objection Window Open Till July 14
Candidates who find any error in the provisional answer key can raise objections online. The objection window opened on July 8 and will remain available until 11:59 PM on July 14, 2026. UPESSC has clarified that objections submitted through offline modes such as post, email or fax will not be accepted.
How To Raise An Objection
To challenge an answer:
•   Visit the official UPESSC website.
•   Log in using your registration number and date of birth.
•   Select the question you want to challenge.
•   Upload valid supporting documents from recognised academic sources such as NCERT or SCERT books.
•   Submit the objection before the deadline.
Candidates should keep a copy of the confirmation receipt for future reference.
When Will The Final Answer Key Be Released?
UPESSC will review all valid objections submitted by candidates before releasing the UPTET Final Answer Key 2026. The final answer key is expected to be published later this month and will be used to prepare the UPTET 2026 result. No objections will be accepted after the final answer key is released.
When Will UPTET Result 2026 Be Declared?
The UPTET Result 2026 will be announced after the release of the final answer key. Candidates will be able to check their results by logging into the official website using their registration number and date of birth. Qualified candidates will receive the UPTET Eligibility Certificate as per the applicable rules.
