Weather Today (10, February 2026): India experiencing regional differences in weather during February, the northern part of India has to face cold snaps and snowfall at times, whereas the southern or western part of India is witnessing rising temperatures with a haze in the atmosphere. India Meteorological Department or IMD has issued a notification that the rainfall, storms and gusty winds may occur in some States.

Where will it Snow Today?

  • Jammu and Kashmir: Isolated to scattered snowfall in Srinagar and high-altitude regions while caused by an active Western Disturbance.
  • Himachal Pradesh: Light snow or rain-snow mix expected in Shimla, Manali, Kullu and surrounding hills.
  • Uttarakhand (Himalayan areas): Snow showers likely in higher elevations.
  • Plains of North India (Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh): No snowfall expected and dense fog may reduce visibility but no snow.

Delhi-NCR Weather Today

Delhi is currently experiencing a mild winter season with temperatures ranging from 15°C at night and increasing to 26°C in the morning. There are light winds at 311°, approximately 1.84 km/h, with occasional gusts of up to 2.33 km/h and there is morning mist, mainly on February 12th. The relative humidity is at 50-60% over the next seven days, it is expected that temperatures will rise slightly and reach 29°C over the weekend.

Chennai Weather Today

Chennai is experiencing stable conditions with partly cloudy cover, some areas experiencing morning fog and the night temperatures are averaging 20°C with day temperatures soaring to 32°C. The humidity levels could be on the higher side, averaging 60-70%. So it could be muggy during the afternoon. If you are planning to drive down, do be careful during the early morning fog.

Mumbai Weather Today

The city is enveloped in thick layers of haze, which has raised the air quality index to 304 with the hazardous quality is indicated by a shade of orange. Hindu Colony has reached a peak of 418 in its air quality index with the temperature varies between 18°C and 33°C and poor visibility owing to thick haze. The IMD has predicted a partly cloudy sky, but pollution is expected to prevail.

Hyderabad Weather Today

Hyderabad will see a fairly moderate temperature today with nighttime on the order of 17°C and daytime topping around 30°C while light winds coming from 92° at about 4.4 km/h with gusts near 5.9 km/h. Daytime temperatures remain in the low 30s all week with skies remaining mostly dry across Telangana.

Karnataka Weather Today

Early morning fog is expected across districts including Bangalore Rural, Mysuru and Chamarajanaga while the Minimum temperatures hover around 15 °C with daytime highs near 28 °C. Travelers should anticipate reduced visibility during commutes until late morning.

Uttar Pradesh Weather Today

Lucknow’s mercury ranges from 12 °C to 26 °C with gentle winds from 296° at 3.39 km/h. Mist and fog are likely during early hours, gradually lifting by noon and seven-day forecasts suggest a slow rise in daytime highs, reaching 30 °C by early next week.

Rajasthan Weather Today

Jaipur reports minimum temperatures of 14 °C and highs of 26 °C where winds blow from 119° at 3.27 km/h. Morning fog may affect visibility in rural areas and temperatures are expected to steadily rise to 30 °C over the next week, signaling a transition toward warmer days.

Jammu and Kashmir Weather Today

The temperature is biting cold with minimum temperatures ranging from -13°C and maximum temperatures ranging from -3°C. The gentle breeze from a direction of 42°, recording 1.33 km/h, is only adding to the misery. Expect scattered snowfall and thunderstorms to manifest, especially in high-altitude areas and the northern districts, due to active W.D.

Punjab Weather Today

Chandigarh reports lows of 12 °C and highs of 23 °C, winds from 291° at 4.05 km/h and morning mist reduce visibility. The week ahead indicates gradual warming, with temperatures reaching 27 °C by Sunday.

Ahmedabad Weather Today

Ahmedabad experiences warm temperatures between 18 °C and 31 °C. Wind speeds reach 4.68 km/h from 295°, gusting up to 9.13 km/h and haze may affect morning commutes, while daytime remains sunny with minimal rainfall expected through the week.
