Weather Today (14, February 2026): The weather forecast from IMD India indicates that while the Himalayan region may experience some snowfall, the lowlands will continue to warm.

A fresh Western Disturbance is active, bringing isolated to scattered light snowfall to the higher reaches of Jammu & Kashmir (including Gulmarg and Sonamarg), Ladakh, and Himachal Pradesh today. No significant rain is predicted for the plains of Delhi, Rajasthan, or Gujarat.

February continues to warm up faster than usual in many places. In Delhi-NCR, temperatures are running 3–5°C higher than the long-term average. Forecasts indicate that states in southern and western India, including Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, are experiencing maximum temperatures consistently exceeding 30°C, signifying an early start to summer-like conditions.
