US Stock Market Today LIVE Updates: Prices of copper surged to their peak point in 12 weeks on Wednesday, following a decrease in the inventory levels of copper in the London Metal Exchange (LME) with an increase in the shipment of metal to the United States due to the possibility of imposing a tariff on the imported refined copper. Prices of LME three-month copper jumped 0.2 percent to $14,095 a metric ton at 1600 GMT from the high of $14,125, which was the highest point for it since May 14.
