WI vs SL Highlights: Dhananjaya de Silva’s captain’s masterclass bailed out Sri Lanka on an action-packed opening day of the first Test against the West Indies in Antigua. West Indies opted to bowl first and that decision reaped immediate rewards with the pace battery of Alzarri Joseph, Shamar Joseph and Kemar Roach reducing the visitors to a shaky position.  But De Silva stood firm with a battling 13th Test century (120), getting good support from experienced batsman Dinesh Chandimal who made a solid 54. Sonal Dinusha (43) provided a Middle-order effort as the visitors crossed the 300-run mark.  Medium-pacer Justin Greaves ripped through the tail to end with impressive figures of 3 for 39 as Sri Lanka were bowled out for 308 in 71.5 overs. The West Indies negotiated a tricky over to stumps and will resume on 0 for no loss, still 308 runs behind.
