India News felicitates change-makers

India News, India’s leading Hindi news channel, celebrated the unique Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (ZNMD) Award, bringing the spotlight on unassuming people who create extraordinary success stories through their work, on Tuesday, at the Siri fort Auditorium in New Delhi. The award appreciated the efforts of individuals who rose above their mundane surroundings to turn simple life experiences into something extraordinary.The award was presented by the Indian telecom company BSNL. Categories in this award included BSNL Connecting India, Entertainment, Business, Academics, CSR, Armed Forces, and Lifetime Achievement (Business). Manoj Sinha, the Minister of State for Communications (Independent Charge), was the chief guest at the event. The event featured live performances by Palak Muchhal, as well as stand-up comedians Bharti Singh and Vijay Ishwarlal Pawar. The winners of this award were carefully selected by an esteemed panel comprising members of the editorial board at iTV Network. Seen cheering the recipients were Bollywood actors Farhan Akhtar and Diana Penty. Among the award winners were wrestler Sushil Kumar(BSNL Connecting India), chess player Tania Sachdeva (sports), singer Palak Muchhal ( entertainment), and  the man behind Super 30, Anand Kumar (Academics).
